Sport-injuries

My right calf is hurt from running in old shoes, and my left thigh is aching after too many Maegeris in last karate class. Sports is good for you! There is 10 km today, we’ll see how well I do. I’ll probably be limping behind.
I need something to pump up the spirit. Buying some Adidas karate gear ? … and of course new running shoes before I turn into Quasimodo.
